The vineyards of Chateau de Fieuzal are planted on the sand and gravel soils that make Pessac-Léognan so special.
The fruit is harvested by hand and sorted in individual plots. To produce the red wine of Château de Fieuzal, vinification takes place in a combination of 9 stainless steel tanks and 54 new wood fermentation vats in a variety of sizes so as best to accommodate the unique needs of each plot harvested.
